Re: Joe....possibly a signature wah wah?..

Count me in...Been looking for a Wah pedal for a while now.  I dig the looks of the Cantrell sig wah pedal - Hope if Joe ever does a sig model it will be similar in looks to match his coppertop fuzz... cool

Re: Joe....possibly a signature wah wah?..

I really like the sweep and voice of Joe's wah. I haven't been able to quite get that with any other pedal.

Re: Joe....possibly a signature wah wah?..

Curious.....go to the Dunlop web site....the middle video, documentary #1......8 minutes into it....there's a copper wah wah peddle on the workbench behind the interviewee.  Could that be it?  Maybe I'm reaching.

Looks like a Jerry Cantrell Model to me.

Re: Joe....possibly a signature wah wah?..

I have the Cantrell sig wah (awesome sounding wah) - I love it with the JB Fuzz, although it's more of an aged bronze than a copper.

You can get more sweep out of a VOX wah by shaving off the rubber stoppers on the footpedal. You'll get a little extra groan on the low end and a little extra whine out of the top end.

Got the lowdown on the finished product from Jeorge's boss last night, but I'll leave the rest of it to Joe to explain, after all it's his wah-wah.

Re: Joe....possibly a signature wah wah?..

Ok here we go...
The wah wah pedals that Jeorge has been building me for the last 4 years have a special chip in them that none of the signature Wah pedals have.  So this year we talked about doing a JB Wah with a copper top to match the Fuzzface.  I liked the idea of doing it because it is a unique design. So the the pedal Im using on the BCC board is yes.. the Prototype of the JB Wah.  I don't know when well see the final prototype and the first production models but I think it will be within the 2011 year.

Very very cool......I guess it will be limited to 1000 units as well......I'll be keeping my eyes open for this one...time to sell the old crybaby pedal!
