WTF! This woman is guiltier than sin. Just goes to show our justice system is laughable to the rest of the world.
Judged by 12 people not smart enough to get out of jury duty
Having seen a jury trial first-hand, anyone with an IQ >75 gets kicked out of the jury poole straight away by the lawyers.
The body was lost for too long. Unfortunately, real life isn't like CSI. It's sick what people get away with, every single day.
It's called reasonable doubt. I don't claim to know whether she did it or not, but you have to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt...and everything I've heard says there was no real proof, only circumstantial evidence.
I'll still take our judicial system over any other...some where they skip the trial and go right to the execution.

That's a BIG AMEN JDawg. Casey's future address after the court that really matters hears her case is:
Main Street
Hell
I keep seeing that little girls picture and it makes me sick. Reasonable doubt? I don't think any trial hasn't had some degree of reasonable doubt, but in the end the juror has to weigh common sense with the evidence presented. I hope those twelve people can sleep at night.

We have a big story brewing here - Phone Hacking, doesn't sound serious at first glance... until you hear who the players are!! Oh yeah.
For some reason I am not surprised by this verdict. The Defense was really good at selecting a jury that saw the good in people. They also did a good job poking holes in the State's case with contradicting evidence. I have talked to so many people that don't believe the State proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt. And you know what? Maybe they didn't. I watched most of the trial and for me, they did.
I believe this girl is guilty as hell. Now, she's gonna be rich. Movie deals... Book deals... Sickening! We live in a world of games, make believe and conspiracy. The days of common sense are gone.
.31 days your child is missing and you don't report it?
.While your child is missing you're out partying. entering hot body contests and getting a tattoo that reads "The beautiful Life"
. You lie about everything. There's nothing worse than killing a baby so if you didn't do it, why are you lying?
Maybe one day she will develop a conscience and maybe one day she WILL get what she deserves. One can only hope.

Brack,
Just goggle the name Casey Anthony. It's been a top news item for some time. A warning though - the murder of her young daughter is dispicable.
Is it just a coincidence that this verdict was handed down in Fla. where they recount presidential ballots till the Gov.'s brother is declared the winner????????????

I'm not American...so I have no idea what is going on.
Seems like media coverage has destroyed another case...influencing jurors...it's not about the fame game.

No, it is not. The deal is sad. They can't prove how the baby died, where the body was or if anybody anywhere is telling (or ever told) the truth) the truth. The jury...* Doc shakes his head sadly*

I hear ya Doc, sad, but true. Don't mean to stray, but I took that election snafu personally since they tried to blame it on the equipment which yours truly loaded on a Yellow Frieght truck in Berkeley headed for West Palm Beach back in '75. The gear worked fine in 60% of the rest of the country, well except in the Chicago city limits where Mayor Dailey didn't want any votes counted by a machine. His people were doin' it just right for years.

naw I understand. And back to Casey Anthony...
Baez just disregarded the law stating "if you have any question as to...bla bla bla" The judge or the prosecution should have stated right there and repeatedly, that is NOT what the law says. Stupid is as stupid does.
