Topic: Joe's Mooger Fooger Ring Modulator...

No, it is not the latest weapon for earth's destruction as wielded by Marvin the Martian, I saw this unit on Joe's pedalboard when he kindly gave us a gear tour before his Adelaide show.  I didn't have time to ask him then what he used it for, but I do remember him saying something about it being a 'cool pedal'.

Anyone know what this unit actually does?  I've seen a couple of demos on Youtube, but even Gearmandude said he had no idea what it was in his demo. big_smile

Does anyone know during which songs or solo's Joe kicked this unit on?

My guess it's Joe's new tremolo pedal.!

Seems way overkill just to do tremolo, but seeing this was Joes test bed for his BCC board, maybe he has bigger things in mind?

I'd be interested to hear.

Pretty cool "tremolo" pedal! Nice to see that he can wipe out some spaceship sounds mid-show if the muse strikes him.
