I'm not getting this one!
Why not?
I really shouldn't have bought a Epiphone but my finger clicked the mouse button and then my credit card information and the complete transaction button... Darn fingers!
There's a reserve and that's still not met but even still I don't care for a zero feedback bidder bidding it up.
I think this is the same one that's also listed on TGP: http://www.thegearpage.net/board/showth … =bonamassa
Same ad content it seems.
I would really, really love one of the glossy JBLP's but after just purchasing the Bonaburst there's no way I can swing this.
I'm going to be patient and get one of the studios we they become available towards the end of next month.
At least, that's my plan.

Good eye. It is the same guitar. The description is misleading and/or incorrect. All are two piece bodies and 50 are unaged, not 25.
I prefer my aged one over a gloss. Theres no worries if it's scratched and used. But then again, I love my Bonaburst too. However due to personal issues, for the right offer from the right person, I'd let my signed JBLP go.

Are you suggesting you would accept offers on the guitar? What number is it?
Thx for replying either way.

Sorry you misinterpreted my question. I have recently become a Joe B fan. My first real vision was the Albert Hall DVD. I have been watching and trying to learn from him. I am also a collector and decided I wanted a JBLP. Since they are hard to come by and I saw your post I replied. Sorry if that offends you, but you suggested you might sell, hence my question. I have not come here to "buy a guitar". I would be more than happy to reply about who I am, my guitars, my playing etc, if you are interested.
Thanks and good luck.
check out Wildwood, as they still have some of the Joe "Bonaburst" models available. The Gold Top's do pop up now and again, and usually somebody here will drop an alert, so stick around it can be a great resource for Joe gear.

Thanks for the reply, I will keep both eyes opened. I have seen the pics of the Bonaburst but would prefer the GoldTop...personal taste. They are probably both equally great.
I know that peachguitars.com in the UK had/has a JB Gold Top for sale for GBP5000 which I thought was ridiculous.
I know that Sam Ash (formerly Manny's Music) in New York currently has a JB Gold Top in there for USD$4400. Speak to Steve Pisani there and he will be able to help you...

Sorry for the attitude yesterday. I had just been pulled over by the police down the road from home. For doing nothing wrong but riding a motorcycle.
I will accept offers if you email me via this forum. It's #036

Due to personal issues I have to let it go. "pwat" is buying it. Sorry Ron. I have other guitars and amps I will be selling also. I'll list those in the Marketplace section when I have pictures ready. But maybe an announcement here would be helpful?

Ok sorry you had to let it go. I am sure it was hard. If you have other stuff let me know "Silver Jub"?
