Have you contacted Patrick at Gigliotti to see if he would build you one? I think he would.
Hey HellRot,
There's a guy on The Gear Page who has had one for sale for a while now...
http://www.thegearpage.net/board/showth … p?t=898757
Drop him a PM or email. Good luck!!
Thank you, guys!!! Completely forgot about The Gear Page.
will contact Patrick as well.
Thank you again!
Just for info....I ordered one and the good news is, according to Patrick, the price is about $2,000 less than what is listed. Best of luck
$2,000 less than what's posted on the webpage?
Wow, really? Business must be taking a hit because of the economy.
Yes....he said that the price was entered wrong by the web designer.....it takes about 6 months to get one.
I ordered one with him. The price is indeed lower - great deal!
Now all I have to do is wait and practice, practice, practice...
Great... just when I was starting to forget about those guitars...
I think I'd get one if I didn't already have so many good guitars I don't play enough.
Looking at the Gibson JB Studio LP, I REALLY want it, but at the same time, I don't need four Gibson Les Pauls. For some hundred bucks more I could get the Gigliotti.
I know it won't make me a better player, and I know much of it is the unique design and paint job. So when I see the co$t, I still hem and haw at it while lusting at the same time

Sure.....figure approx $2,600 with half at time of order and the rest when it's complete.....about 3 months. I called Pattrick from the number listed on the gigliotti wed site. Best of luck
The original spec Joe Bonamassa Gig isn't identical to what you'd get.
the headstock is different, and they have a different company painting them.
Minor details though. Joe has current model ones too.
I'd have a hard time deciding between Joe Barden pickups and the Duncan Antiquities JB model.
I think those are what he has in the two that are not blue.

From what I understand....and I hope I have this right.....Joe's original GT was stolen in Europe and Joe asked Patrick for another.
The original tobacco burst with copper top was thought to have been stolen and Patrick made an exact replica to it which has the Fender style headstock. The original was found and returned to Joe.
Yes it was misplaced in transit and returned to Joe. Beautiful guitar!

Are these JB Signature guitars? My understanding was that Patrick was no longer permitted to make those.
