HI

Not sure what you're asking... any humbucker should fit.
Stock Epi pickups should have the logo on the bottom somewhere.

Good pots and caps can be found here

Ask me about my handwound Great Lakes Guitar Pickups
Since 2010, Bonamassa fans have taken advantage of my JB friend discount = my cost + shipping. cool

Re: 1989 stock pickup epiphone

I have a newer (+/- 2005) Epi LP standard. I loved everything about it except for the pickups. I dropped a P94R in the neck position (P90 with a humbucker footprint) and a 498T in the bridge position. I got the new Gibson pups from GC online, but any pickups designed for a Lester should fit. The ones I bought were around $100 each. It all depends how much you want to spend on your upgrade, or to trade it in on a Gibson. BTW the Bonamassa Epi LP I got sounds freakin great with the Gibson BB2 & BB3 pups!  smile

I'd post it on the Epiphone forum, there are some very helpful and knowledgeable people over there.  They'll most likely want pictures.  Here's a link to the forum:

Epi Les Pauls are great candidates for pickup replacement.  My son change his to Seymour Duncan Jazz at the neck and JB at the bridge.  Amazing results.
