No, but have a good friend that had a Stangray.  Great tone, but LOUD.

I have never heard one but Mike Fuller from Fulltone highly recommends them.  I had a Dr. Z Maz 18 for awhile but I sold it.  It sounded okay but it just would not open up.  It stayed too tight and was a little thin for me.  However I have never bonded with amps that use the small EL84 power tubes.  I think the Route 66 uses KT66's?
