Hi Everyone,
Nice to meet you all. Being a new member I'm not exactly up on protocol. I'm from the Minneapolis area. My first concert was Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young. Been going to shows ever since. Allman Bros., Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Joe Sartriani, & Eric Johnson just to name a few. I primarly listen to guitar players.  I respect the art & gift they posses more than any other instrument. I try to play myself & realize the difficulty & hard work they must endure to give us such wonderful music. I heard Joe a couple of years ago & since have 4 C/Ds  &  2 videos of him. I believe he's the most talented guitarist out there today. I wish I would of discovered him sooner. Better late than never. Joe's going to be in Minneapolis in October. This will be my first chance to see him live. I can't wait.  Feel free to send me any messages about music, concerts, or just general conversation.

You MUST seem him live!!!!!!

If you look up to the heavens just before the start of every Joe Bonamasaa concert you can see Stevie, Jimi, Muddy, Gary and others leaning over God’s railing jockeying for the best view. 
And if you listen, you can hear Stevie say  “ SHHhhhh,  The kids about to start playing.”

Welcome Mick. Jump right in and add your input to the things you mention in your introduction. Cruise around the forum and get to know the different sections. There are ongoing discussions of gear and guitars in the gear section, hints for everyone and reviews of Joe in the general, and much more.
