Topic: Newbie from good old blighty

Hello all from Durham in Northern England.

I never thought introducing myself could be so difficult and require so much tought. It's a given why were all here, JB and his music and the unbelievable impact it has on a person.
Undoubtedly the albums are fantastic but it is the live stuff that really blows you away. After seeing the Rockpalast dvd I just had to see the man live for myself, an ambition realised in Newcastle October 2010 and he did not disappoint.

Can't wait to see the show in Blackpool, Las Vegas of the North (sorry in-joke for UK members) in October. Hope Joe and the band like cotton candy!!

It seems we haven't yet put out the welcoming mat for you so let's put that right - welcome to the forum!  There's a bunch of really friendly and knowledgeable people here so dive in and post away.
