People, (Mike) Westcott is a really great Maryland guitarist and I saw said Chandler at a gig about a week ago, it's red and in beautiful condition. If you were considering trying to purchase one, this one would be a great deal.

Can you help me out here. My husband just dropped a hint of the only missing guitar in his collection is a resonator. Is this what this guitar is?

No Angela, this is not a resonator. It is an Electric Guitar built for slide with a resonator looking pickgaurd. Slide players electric dream guitar, but not an acoustic Resonator

Thanks Wescott. I thought it looked like a resonator, I guess as your saying because of the pickguard. But, my next question is, are you saying Resonator's are only acoustic? I think I'm mixed up.... 
Its looking like I'll be dragging one of his friends to help me make a purchase.
