Clapton is about to auction his gear yet again, and look what I stumbled across checking it all out!!

I'd rather think that his anger is about the company that made it than the guitar itself... that the guitar still means something to JB I can read out of the statement he made for the auction catalogue... see above posted link to Bonham's... that the only one he would give it to sell is EC instead of sinking it in some bay or so...

The guitar has not been on the road in years.. Before it headed to auction, it was on display at the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.. how cool is that. Joe has a lot of stories and memories with that guitar, I hope it goes to someone who gives it a good home.
