Re: The Healing Power of Music

Guenter, wishing you the best for a full and speedy recovery

Music certainly heals the soul and eases the mind and darn sure helps my sorry butt keep my mind off the pain of exercising.

Re: The Healing Power of Music

Gute Besserung, Günter.
It's a good thing to have time for music, but the rest of the story sounds not so nice.
Be careful what music you are listening. Don't move your hips too fast.  wink
I wish you a speedy recovery.

Hey Guenter, smart move having them both done - less chance of walking with a limp later  big_smile
Keep grooving to those tunes my friend - rhythm is a healer!
You may need to resort to "chair dancing " for a while, but if you need any lessons RickB is our resident expert!

Take care and heal soon  smile

Sounds like you've been through a tough time Günter - my very best wishes go out to you. I hope you have a speedy recovery with the pain getting less and less as the days go by. Hold on to the music but no Mule kicks just yet!

Guenter,
Wishing you the speediest of recoveries.
Sad to hear the first days were so uncomfortable but glad that music is helping you through.

It´s getting better and better.....and it was indeed a good decision to have both exchanged (if you are lucky to find such a fast doctor as I did).

I (better: my body and my mind) needed all kind of music: very heavy music to get the frozen body trauma moving and of course also soft music to soothe the bodymind. Thanks to the shuffle function I didn´t have to choose what I´d need in the moment.

Thanks again, my friends.

My legs felt sometimes like after a mule kick. Due to the homeopathic principle of healing the same with the same I took heavy doses of Mule.
