Topic: Medusa

I was listening to Medusa (off the BBC album) today in-between classes and that tone gets me every single time. I think it my be one of the best tones I've ever heard, Joe nailed my ideal Les Paul tone, not to mention the absolutely incredible solo. I am pretty much speechless. It's definitely got me Les Paul shopping. I think I'll be listening to this one on repeat today.

Re: Medusa

Wasn't that the Super Bass/Lead (with Jub?)...more importantly..with the original Les Paul (Mel Galley) JB borrowed off Glenn.

Re: Medusa

I thought it was just the super bass/lead... not sure about the jub... and yes it was Mel Galley's '68 Les Paul Custom. Such an incredible tone UGH!
