I want to see her sooooo badly! The closest she has come to me is Chicago, which isn't far, but for some reason or another we can never make it. I keep hoping though. Maybe the next time around . . .
I love her mix of blues, jazz and rock. I haven't heard any of her new stuff yet, buy I really liked her rockin' tune "My Man" from her last CD. She's got great stage presence and is absolutely amazing from what I've seen on her DVD. Like Joe, her fan base continues to grow and she's got some pretty nice awards for her playing as well.
It means so much to me to see a woman with a guitar who can actually play the damn thing! She's a great role model for young girls.
