Topic: Hi From Dorset UK

Hi All,

New to the site after lurking here for a couple of months.

Quite new to Joe and his music, having seen him for the first time on 30th May in Bournemouth, and was totally blown away, by the music and himself.  Saw him again last week with BCC at Shepherds Bush and was right near the stage, the concert was amazing.  Having seen Joe with BCC and also on his own, I now plan to go to at least 1 concert on his Uk tour, more if I can afford the time and money.

Main music interests are BonJovi, GooGoo Dolls, Hinder, Nickelback, Muse, Gary Moore and of course JB.

I play a bit of guitar (badly, although I hope to improve this year, thank God says the wife) and like collecting plectrums of my fav Artists.

Thats a bit about me, and Ill thank you all for your welcoming comments now, save me posting them later hahahahaha.

Hi JayT.  It's always a pleasure to welcome a fellow Dorset dumpling to the forum!  Where abouts are you from?

Sounds like you've definitely got the JB bug, well you've found the right place to get treatment!  Hopefully there'll be a UK tour some time next year so will look out for you.

Welcome to the Forum JayT! From what I know, there's not many forum members from Dorset on here, but the one's I have met are an absolute pleasure to know - Lyn there, for example, is one of the nicest people I've ever met, as are all the forum members I've been able to meet! There's something wonderful about Joe fans on here that means I literally visit this forum every day... They're all amazing people, and we're all here thanks to an amazing entertainer - glad to have you 'on board smile' you'll learn more than you think you will on here about Joe, and countless other artists - I've learnt far more about music and beyond on here than I ever thought I would - it's a joy to be among these people smile So welcome!  big_smile

Hi LynB, thanks for your kind words, not too far away from you, just up the road in Gillingham, and would rather have the JB bug than the bloomin flu bugs that have gone round, just managed to get over that one before the BCC gig.

Looks like it is a great place to visit, will defo try and make it at least once a day.  Loved your video, I would have shat my self if that was me, not that I can play even half as good as you, but hopefully Ill get there.
