I can honestly say that this has been the most fun and most memorable birthday I have had in.......probably decades!!
A dry journey up north to Groningen with my best gal, meeting up with Bibi, Andre and Marco, hearing the best version of "If heartaches...." I have ever heard, a wildly enthusiastic sell-out crowd, getting to hang with the guys (well, three of them anyway) afterwards, being wished 'happy birthday' by Joe, a two hour drive home in pouring rain, and now writing this at 3:20 am when we have to get up in the morning to drive south for part 2.

It could have been the perfect present if the Claret and Blue had held on to a 2 goal lead at Birmingham. But we are 'Bubbles' men George and this prepares us for the twist and turn and bumps in the road that life can throw at a person.
Glad you had a great time, and you know doubt will tonight as well.
