the other day I went to try several pedals a friend of mine invited me to probe.I own a 65 DELUXE

REVERB REISSUE and a GOLDTOP 57.I was already lucky with my previous purchase (a digitech bad

monkey,quite musical!!) and I ended by his BLACKSTAR DUAL HT;what a surprise and happiness to see

that my amp got in the end a quite definite and strong sound,with a marvellous grain,and besides I have

not really tried  al its possibilites with what's one's called the ISF ( a button which can give you either

marshall tones or fender types according to the way yu turn it,right for marshal and left for fender or vox

type .so I think I found the adequate dual crunch and ditortion pedal which gives my amp the most

definite and appropriate sound I had been lokin for for years.

I had one for a while and found it to be very useful. Considering all the knobs on it, if you set everything at 12 it sounds pretty transparent. Try the suggested settings on the blackstar website, they should give you a good start.
