Topic: Chantel McGregor at the Boom Boom Club Sutton 7th Oct

A 'Maggie eye view' of Chantel's gig at Boom Boom in Sutton last night - a brilliant evening.  Martin Rushworth on drums and Richard Ritchie on Bass guitar.  If you are local to South East London and missed the gig Chantel is playing at Beaverwood, Chislehurst on Tuesday 12th Oct.

Yes, another great gig from Chantel and the band. Brilliant video which shows just how good it was. Good to see this back in the set. Love the way Chantel managed to work a bit of Since I've Been Loving You into both the intro and the solo. Can't wait to see more top quality vids from the show. Looking forward to The Beaverwood on Tuesday, Chantel's last one in the south east before her return to the 100 Club in December cool .

Maggie - going to see her a week on Friday in Aberdeen (I am now back on home soil after 2 amazing Tom Petty gigs  smile ). What time did she start and was it a 2 hour show?

Hi Kenny,
However long the set was it went too quickly!!!!  Not sure about starting times as this was one of Pete Feenstra's gigs so Chantel came on about 8.45pm.
Enjoy the gig in Aberdeen.

Hi Maggie.
It was nice to say a quick hello at The Beaverwood last week. It was another great gig, and Chantel was once again in superb form. I particularly enjoyed the extended acoustic set. Chantel played a few songs that she does not often get the chance to play outside of her acoustic gigs. And played a couple of audience requests too.

Chantel - don't let the low crowd in Aberdeen put you off coming back, the promoter screwed up. Loved Daydream and Tea For One. Might see you 18 December.
