Re: DECEMBER ISSUE ISSUE OF VINTAGE GUITAR

The September/October issue of Blues Review magazine also had Jimi's picture on the cover. It also had interesting comments from many artists who knew him or were influenced by him like Billy Cox, B. B. King, John Hammond, Johnny Winter, etc. I plan to keep this copy. cool

Joe is the Best!

Re: DECEMBER ISSUE ISSUE OF VINTAGE GUITAR

I remember the first time my husband experienced Joe's music he said, THIS GUY IS THE NEXT JIMI HENDRIX!!

Yeah, I get it, but looking back and following Joe's career since 2004, now I think...Joe gained respect from the British Blues lovers and European contingencies, before he gained the popularity he now has in the states.  So, besides guitar talent, that's how Joe now reminds me of Jimi Hendrix.   smile
