Yeah I have been watching those videos daily.  Lance is a great player and a tone master.  Can you believe that amp has no tubes in it?  and it sounds THAT great!  All analogue SS technology.  I so want one!

Yeah, he's set the hook pretty deep for me.  I just listened to the "Slow Train" excerpt clip in the general section, and I'll be danged if that doesn't sound quite close.  Add a little delay and BINGO!   Close enuff fer me! big_smile

First SS amp that I thought...'uh oh...that is pretty much on the money, people wouldn't notice the difference'.  smile

yeah, all my friends who are amp snobs and tube snobs and vintage snobs cannot believe when i tell them it is SS.  I mean, we make great pedals that are SS why could not there be an amp?  If a SS pedal can be "amp like"... ummm... MAKE AN AMP!

When you are all in love, you also can figure that it will weigh less than half an equivalent tube set watt for watt.  smile

Re: Anybody seen this yet? Joe??

I've got an email in to them to make sure they are in stock and reay to ship, and also to find out what imp. they operate at 4ohm/8ohm/or 16ohm, or if it's switchable.   I'm pretty sure one is gonna be coming to my house. tongue

Re: Anybody seen this yet? Joe??

It sounds great, but I have to say...you could get some really good tube amps for that price. A ceriatone dumble isn't all that much more expensive, and their marshall clones are cheaper.

As for solid state, I really like the FIRST line of Marshall MGs using a tube driven overdrive.
