Topic: Move over Davy Knowles, PRS has added a new face.....

Saw my little buddy this past Saturday when I attended the Prairie Dog Blues Festival on St. Feriole Island in Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin. We visited quite a bit and I found out he now has a contract with PRS guitars. Here's the link to their site and I would think some of you might just recognize him:

Pictures and videos of the festival will follow; Eric Sardinas headlined. cool

YAY for Tallan!

Man, I would have loved a guitar endorsement at his age... heck I was just happy to have a Les Paul Custom at his age.

I'm glad Tallan isn't endorsing some brand like Cort or something. Not that those are bad, but you know what I mean.

PRS makes REALLY great guitars... and Paul Reed Smith himself really reminds me of Steve Jobs of Apple - as in his is the face of his organization. He's very animated and passionate about his guitars. I wish Gibson had a face like that.

I've got a Ted McCarty model and there are days when I cannot put it down. I've got a dozen or so really nice guitars - but if my house was burning down, I think I'd save the PRS over a majority of the others I own.

Thumbs up for Tallan. Don't you see echoes of Joe there, same nurturing by the established old guard, opportunities for gigs as walk ons. More power to him in his career.

Great to see the T-Man continuing his journey to fame. So, let me know when he'll be in Maryland, home to PRS.  He looks so grown up since I first saw him. Must be that Old Soul of his. Props to his parents!!!   Cathy
