Strange, I've always used a cork screw. 
Plus, that guy must have the cleanest shoe bottoms I've ever seen!

Well I never. Brilliantly simple and just what you need to know if your shipwrecked on a desert island and a case of Chateau Lafite is washed up on the beach. As long as you've still got your shoes on and you can find a substitute for a wall.

I will certainly remember that one. Brilliant. Off on a picnic and forgot the opener? Wow the crowd with skills! That should work on pavement equally well, with any shoe available. Well, maybe my 6" spike heels wouldn't serve.

I guess it would serve in a pinch at a picnic if one forgot the opener. However, unlike Phil who would have a case of Chateau Lafite wash up on shore, with my luck I'd have a case of Night Train wash up with screw tops. http://www.bumwine.com/

....this is a scam!... the guy that made this video is a plasterer and in the recession came up with this brainwave... now half of the houses in France have holes in their walls and you cant get a plasterer for love nor money!
