Hands down, Miles Davis, followed closely by John Coltrane and Duke Ellington.  Then, of course, tons of Eric Clapton, Howlin' Wolf, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Goblin, Pink Floyd, Black Label Society...yeah, this list could go on forever.
