Cathy, my son's flat in Berlin has NO air conditioning. 96 outside=96 inside..  yikes We be using natures way....sweating!

My flat in Amsterdam has no a/c either. Right now, at 11:30, I've got both outside doors open, a large fan blowing, I'm only wearing shorts, and I'm finally 'comfortable'.

Been hanging on the balcony with friends, hoping to catch a breeze, but there was absolutely nothing, not a leaf moving in the trees. Thanks to the extended visit by my friends, I've gotten zilch done of the things I intended to do tonight.  neutral

Well... the cool temps in SoCal have gone bye bye.  Hotter than hades yesterday at home.  forecasted 100 deg F for the next several days.  Power companies waning of "brown outs" due to overloads.

I think dinner will be in the pool this evening after work. 

Winter, please hurry.
