Just tour managed joannes short festival run in norway and Sweden and can tell you she kicked a s s despite being completely trashed from travel, no sleep and jet lag. The fans were going wild, fantastic experience. I have some photos and possibly video on facebook. Joanne is worth travelling for there is no other female artist like her ( or male for that) and such a lovely person.

July 17th is the day I'm supposed to be seeing Santana & Winwood at Bethel Woods.  And if that would fall through for some reason, then I'd be hitting the free Gov't Mule show in Baltimore.  Unless of course weather doesn't cooperate for that, then Joanne would be back on the table as a possibility.  I wish she was playing closer to Harrisburg AND it didn't conflict with anything else.  But I do agree she's worth the drive... I've seen her once, a real little show, and she was awesome.
