Anyone else bought a BonaBurst with the signature missing from the case?

I spoke to someone at Wildwood and was assured it would be rectified.

My case was a standard Gibson Custom case. Same as the gold top without the signature on it. I didn't get a "kit" with mine though. Usually get a cord and a cloth package. I love the guitar though. ...

I didn’t get the kit either; I figured it was taken out to make room for the DVD, pick tin and key chain. But the kit is usually under the headstock and not in the storage.

I didn’t get the kit either; I figured it was taken out to make room for the DVD, pick tin and key chain. But the kit is usually under the headstock and not in the storage.
Call the dealership and they'll send the case candy kit. I think they were in a rush to get the guitars out a bit too fast.

Starting up again, post data dump . Pete the Cabby's #12 came with 6 of Joe's back catalog of CD's, the RAH signed DVD, pick tin and certificate. The wad of cd's were packed in the shipping box separately. No signature on the case, but since it is going to leave in a couple of days to see it's daddy, the signatures may end up nice and fresh.
