I still think Federer is king..... but has lost his form of late.
Nadal is ready to take Federer's crown..... if he can stay fit.... he has problems with his knees.
Good win for Murray after beating Rafa and then going on to beating the Fed in the Final of the Toronto Open Retaining his title!

I'm snowed in and staying up late to watch the ladies, I was rooting for Caroline W. to make it to the finals but she ran out of steam. (some seriously exciting tennis) I am also rooting for Kim C. who has now reached the finals. If you remember from recent tennis news..."In only her third tournament back, she won her second US Open title, becoming the first unseeded player and wildcard to win the tournament, and the first mother to win a major since Evonne Goolagong in 1980." Kim also beat Venus Williams. Kim is married to a former Villanova Wildcat college basketball player, so I have a special interest in her and hopes she wins it all!!

I've been following the ladies as well. I too will be hoping for a Kim Clijsters win!
Murray v Ferrer on court as i type...... Murray up 2 sets to 1, and up in the forth. I hope Andy makes it!!

yep, congrats to Andy. I got to watch a little of the 4th set this morning, I think Ferrer got really hacked over a couple of missed line calls and kind of threw in the towel. not to take anything away from Andy, he just calmly closed him out. The womens final should be a dandy, history making if Li Na happens to pull it out. well in fact it is historical just because she is there in the final. I'll pull for Kim too.

Yep, Andy was outplayed on the day. When he lost the second set.... the writing was on the wall. Andy will have to wait a little longer for his first Grand Slam. He will come back a stronger player.
The latest in a long line of "glorious" Brit losers was comprehensively outplayed by the totally deserving winner, Djoko.
I really do dislike Murray and question whether he has the mentality to ever win a GS - I suspect not.
