Topic: Saving pedals

Hi.

I have just done my first pedal board, almost complete, just waiting for 2 pedals to arrive.  I have a power unit for the pedals and have taken the batteries out of all of them.  Do I need to unplug the input cables each time I pack away. I will unplug the power so I'm guessing they should be ok. I read a post the other day that said if you keep them plugged in it will wear something out in the pedal, i think that was if they were powered though.

Thanks

Re: Saving pedals

if you keep them plugged in you will kill a battery, but if theres no battery you should be fine. Mine are plugged in all the time.

No battery, no problemo with keeping them plugged in.
