Thanks for the great pics.  David - were you using your new camera?

Yes Sandy, I'm starting to get the hang of it (slowly). I'm also taking Martin's advice to take shed loads of shots and so increase my odds of getting a few decent ones. All these (except the one of Joe and me) were taken without flash so I'm very pleased with what the camera can do in low light.

I am still learning with the camera though. In my first photo of the recent Philip Sayce gig...

you'd think everyone was just really happy but in truth I had just turned the camera off by mistake instead of adjusting the zoom  hmm  Ah well, I said I was learning slowly.

Hi David - see you tomorrow at the Apollo!

And yes I am thrilled to have been offered another photopass for the first 3 songs.

Lets hope my humbel efforts match up to such a large venue.

Re: Sandi Thom with guest Joe B At The Borderline London 11th May 2010

I never did get round to sorting my pics of this event and posting them, so last weekend's outage gave me the opportunity for a bit of 'housekeeping' on flickr. Here are my efforts. The lighting was a bit weak at the Borderline, so the quality is not the best, but nevertheless a good record of this historic event.

There are also pics of the odd Bonabuddy or two.  big_smile
