Wow! That one is expensive!  They were going for $3500-3900 on ebay not too long ago.  People are now hanging on to these great guitars, they're hard to find.

Is my mind playing up ( i'm not getting any younger ) but didn't i hear that the first 250 were aged and the last 50 were un-aged, if that's the case can someone explain how No 282 is aged!!!!

Confused of the UK neutral

Have Fun and laugh like it's your first time! You never know you might get to like it! big_smile

I was just thinking the same very thing....it seems like it isn't real...and the price is just out of touch with reality...I don't think they went that much when they came out...

2009 Gibson Les Paul 1958 VOS (with black plastic)
2008 Gibson Les Paul Traditional Goldtop (with the cream plastic from the 58RI)
> Marshall Bluesbreaker 2 pedal >Boss sd-1> DD3 > Vox Ac15cc1

Re: Joe Bonamassa Les Paul Registry (Serial Numbers "BONAMASSA XXX")

Last I checked, they still showed up on the Gibson website for $6904 full retail.  Street price was mostly between $3500 and $4000 depending upon who you bought it from. I heard of a couple going for around $3000 on blowout last summer.

Major Tom to ground control...

First 250 aged - yes
251 - 275 Unaged i.e. 25

276 and 281 are both Blue - the one in my picture is 281... 279 is also Blue and owned by Joe.

Yeah, I'm confused also. So in reality the are only 25 un-aged, 5 blue and 270 aged?

Oh well, I sent my #082 to peachguitars.com in Essex, UK today. Just couldn't bond with it. Keep a lookout for it on the website, amazing guitar, just not for me.

You should post this over on the "Marketplace" section in case someone is trolling for an JBLP over there. Sorry that it wasn't what you were looking for.

Will do!
I don't know what it was about it, maybe the BB2/3 are too much for me. Other than that it is a fantastic guitar but I wouldn't want to fiddle with new pickups on a guitar at this price.

217 ... at gibson Japan

Hello !

JBLP #217 is mine now.
#217 makes a sound that is better than any guitar that I have used up to now.
Very fat, powerful sound ! and delicate sound with using volume control.
#217 is the one through life. I love it.  wink

P.S.
Dear Joe
I still remember the show at tokyo was wonderful.
I thought that the melody only had to continue through all eternity.
Please come to Japan again.
