PICS USED BY JOE OR ERIC JOHNSON?

I like them, and I teeter between those and the Dunlop blue Gator powdered pics. Instead of my forefinger and thumb, i grip the pick more with my middle finger, so sometimes I do better with the bigger pic. I started playing when I was young and always needed two fingers and a thumb on the pick... I'm 30 and just never changed technique.
