Anyone going to see Joe at the Town Hall Theatre ?

hey guys!!!! I will be at the NYC show in row B!!!...then Wilmington row AA!!! then Red bank row C......and lastly Philly row H 
!!!....can not wait!!!!! woulda liked to have seen him in NYC tonight!!!! oh well i think i will get a lovely dose of about 9 hours of live JOE in 10 days!!!!!
I was there last night for both shows. Brought a friend who'd never seen him or heard of him. She was utterly blown away, in total shock, said she'd never heard someone play guitar like that in her entire life. She felt like it was a religious experience and better than sex! Another couple next to me, visiting from Japan, had been told by their concierge to go--they'd never heard of Joe. I said, "you are not going to believe it." They couldn't believe it and also stayed for both shows and were blown out of their minds.
The few of us that were there were so lucky. The 2nd show had about 25 people, the venue was tiny, dinner jazz club, we were all about 5 to 10 feet away from Joe. His girlfriend sang and she has a gorgeous voice....duet?
Great new glasses on Joe, loved the look too--jeans and white shirt and suit jacket. I posted a 3 minute video on his Facebook page. Can't wait to see him on Thursday night at Town Hall.

Rudy my wife are in AA at Wilmington seats 6&8, what are your seat numbers.

Hey Hombre...I am in seat 13.....all the way on the left side....i couldn't believer there was a front row seat available a week after tix went on sale!!!! my first journey into Wilmington!! a 90 miile jaunt!!! any nice bars near the theater
Although I only live 25 minutes away I don't go into Wilmington very often so I'm really not sure. They do serve alcohol in the Grand but the doors don't open until 6:30. I've been told theres a steakhouse about a block away with a bar in it but I'm not sure if they are open on Sundays. You might want to call the Grand & ask them. Sorry I couldn't have been more help.

You can see most of the show on youtube...i was second row center.....got some great video....however, my little cell camera ain't the greatest.....but it's not bad either......security dragged my buddy away during Woke up Dreaming....so the end of the show is a bit scattered!!!!!Enjoy!!!! oh and sorry about my horrid singing on some of the songs!!!! well one down three to go!!!! front row in delaware sunday woohoo!!!!!!
security was a little tight there last night. what was that all about?
I was at the Town Hall show last night as well. This might have been the first time I've ever seen a show start before the time printed on the ticket. While I was dissappointed to miss the first two songs, that was certainly my only dissappointment. Joe's playing was simply masterfull, not to mention that parade of Les Pauls - one more beautiful than the next.
I was 4th row center and was lucky enough to catch a JB JazzIII pick he threw out to the audience. Nice little token rememberence from the show (not that I need one!). Just an all around great performance at one of the nicest venues in NYC.
For the gear heads out there, I spotted 4 amps he was playing through - The Van Weelden TwinkleLand, the signature Catagory 5 JB, one that looked like a hand wired Marshall and another I couldn't place - a Two Rock maybe? Just trying to get my gear list together so I know what to buy when I hit the lotto.
