I have two large HD sets, but will be watching the action this weekend on my 7 inch Sony.  It's located about fifteen feet from the garage fridge if you get my meaning.

So by what you said Curby, I'm assuming you'll be out in the garage getting all of the gardening tools and lawn mower ready for full time use, right? wink Or wait, you'll be working on the compressor for the fridge, right? lol

You know, before you work on the compressor, maybe you should get all of that cold beer out of the way. big_smile

Hi Roy,

Exactly!!  That's a 10-4 on the compressor and tidying up.

Early prediction - Look for Lee Westwood to finally get the big win he deserves.  It'll be exciting today but especially tomorrow on the back nine.

Westwood has been playing very well, but you never know with that course and the pressure of that tournament, so many things get in the way of winning. I'm just glad I don't have to work tomorrow, so after a few early duties myself, I'll be doing the same "compressor work" as you Curby. Of course, I too wil have to clear out the beer first. wink Predictions? How about this; someone will eventually win. smile

Re: Tiger & The Masters

Prediction #2....

Although I'd like to see Lee Westwood win, I think the distraction of Phil and Tiger biting at his heels may be too much.  Tiger is especially looking good playing in the second group and maybe seeing the leaders cancel themselves out.
Oh....the winner?  That's easy, it'll be K.J. Choi and his hot putter.

Re: Tiger & The Masters

Here's an interesting stat. Woods has never won a major when trailing going in to the last round. I'm hanging with Phil. His electrifying play yesterday put him where he needs to be, and the 195 yard approach on 13 with a 7 iron???? Ridiculous!

Re: Tiger & The Masters

Very interesting that CBS decided not to censor Tiger's verbal outburst yesterday. I just don't think that was a production slip up. Tiger's behavior has been a separate issue with the PGA before his other problems came to light. Lookin' forward to a wild finish today, won't be suprised if there's 2 or 3 players tied at the finish.

Brack, Lee played well. It was just Mickelson stepping up to the pressure and applying more of his own to the field. That shot on 13 was clutch, the mark of a champion.  Lee will have his day and a major win is in his future.
Seeing Mickelson, a true example for youth,  triumph under the pressure he has gone through with his wife's illness threw Tiger's exploits back in his face. Tiger wilted under the pressure today.

Too bad Brack, it was a match for the ages. Bad Company sounds ok too though. You can see the replays.

Phil, commenting on "The greatest shot of his life." from the woods on the 13th over Rae's creek, as called by Nick Faldo.

Say what you will about Tiger and his recent personal issues, but I don't believe he wilted under pressure. The guy had not played competitive golf for at least 5 months and, as I understand, has had very limited practice time. What he did and the score he shot is amazing in that light.
