Topic: Google Maps

Has anyone tried the updated Google Maps. It now has 95% of all UK roads, it's great fun, just type in you post code and then zoom in and find your house/street or anywhere else you might want to view

Funny that as I was playing with it last night (and the map!!), yes it is brilliant. It caught my neighbor going for his bin.

I was using it last night. Looked up Turku Clinic, where Beckham got is Achilles Tendon operated on.

I reckon .......Beckham...... marginally!   Turku, used to be the capital of Finland, from 1809 - 1912.

I learned last night on Lopez Tonight (ever hear of it?), not about Joe Bonamassa, but that you over there say "bin" when you mean what we call "trash" or "garbage can".  You learn something new every day.  Wonder if anyone else learned something from that educational show?  big_smile

They both run a charity to help kids with special needs and they have a big function each year. It is one hell of an event with just about every a list celebrity there. Ignore the bad press you see about them sometimes in particular Mrs Beckham, they are very very generous and genuinely caring people.
On another note went to the Brazil England friendly at Wembley and when we came out who's Bentley is parked right next to our vehicle!!

I can imagine, any event with Victoria and David behind it is going to be big! Sadly, not enough is said about the Charity work they both do.
