Topic: Fundraising for Cystic Fibrosis

I know this may get removed by moderators but i hope that it doesn't.  I am doing a trek of Hadrians Wall in June this year in aid of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.  I have set up a just giving page for people to make donations and i am hoping that all you wonderful Bonamassa fans will support me in this venture.

I suffer from Cystic Fibrosis myself and it's the UK's most common life threatening genetic disease.  I am not in the best of health but i am a lot better than lots of people i know with this cruel disease.  I am the only person with CF that is taking part in the trek due to cross infection guidelines (people with CF cannot meet) and I am also the only person from SCOTLAND taking part too.

Hory Clap!  You have incredible courage.  If you were male I'd tell it in a different way.  hmm  Train a little, pray a little and live it to the fullest.  This event is a feather in your cap, and a feather in Scotland's cap as well.  Hadrian's huh?

I hope the bonafamily gives a little to your efforts.

Thank you guys for your kind and supportive words.  This is going to be a toughie for me but i am a very determined lady and will do this to make my friends and family proud of me.

I hope that the bonafamily donate to this wonderful cause and with these donations we will be closer to curing Cystic Fibrosis.

Lots of views on the topic but NO DONATIONS so far  sad come on folks PLEASE donate what you can.  We need to find the cure for Cystic Fibrosis.

I just thought i would update this smile i did do the Hadrian's Wall Challenge which was 18 miles of Hadrian's Wall for Cystic Fibrosis.  It was a very hard thing for me to do but i am very happy that i managed it and only had one blister. 

In total i raised about £1200 for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.  Thanks to the folks on here that did donate.

I am going to be taking part in the Gene therapy Trial when it happens next year, that is going to be very exiting indeed.
