This was talked about last year - can't remember if it was here or on Facebook.  Jim provided a link to Congressional hearings about this - very interesting to watch, and also infuriating.  As Jim says - they have moved on to other things.  Many people in this country seem to have a fifteen minute attention span.

Congress may have looked the other way but an aggressive class action lawyer won't. Big payday waiting.
