There were three painted blue. Joe got one. In that photo it looks black but in the video you posted it looked blue. It is an unaged Signature in a custom color.

Joe told us in the Q&A that there were 3,, but he has a forth blue one, which isnt from the limited run... Like a Christmas present from Gibson as he said

a lot of black guitar can look like that in certain light, especially under a blacklight, they almost turn green. On my bro's black 25th anniversary custom, the black finish reveals a small flame job behind the bridge - only visible when under a blacklight.

I'm lucky enough to have managed to get 3 Bonamassa LPs all in the same room, an Aged Gold, an Un Aged Gold and a Blue VOS.
Have to say I'm very confused about how many Blue ones have been produced. The Blue one in the picture is 281 but it was made as a special order to replace 276 which had a broken headstock on arrival (since repaired). One sold in the USA on ebay had the serial 28x (x was a blanked out number) I had assumed it was 280. This would kind of point to 5 (276 -280) + 1 replacement.
I'm partial to all things blue...that is a gorgeous shade of blue...and I love blue guitars!!! We are repainting our music room a similar shade of blue. Paint is like a chameleon, whether its on the wall or on a guitar, in different lights, they change hues. Happy 'blue' guitar playing Joe!
