Re: VATA gig tomorrow

Great night at the Buzz Club. Wonderful special guest in Otis Grand. Good turn out as well on a chilly Sunday evening. Was pleasantly surprised to see 4 of us forumites there. Maggie, Lydia, Martin and myself , it was great to meet you. I hope everyone got home safely. I didnt get any video footage because Marcus Bonfanti earlier in the day was so good that I forgot to save some camcorder charge for this gig , but I know some people were taking footage that will hopefully find its way here.

Re: VATA gig tomorrow

Good to meet up with everyone again and Roger for the first time.  Great gig - Virgil, Tom and Gabriel gave us two stunning sets.  We were still driving around Barnet Lane for most of the acoustic set - sorry Virgil and Tom sad

Just found this recording from the gig on YouTube.  Hope someone recorded the jam with Otis Grand - will keep looking!

Re: VATA gig tomorrow

Yes what a brilliant night Virgil and the guys looked as if they were having a ball jamming with Otis who was also well up for it.

It was nice to meet up with you Roger, you certainly had a busy day!

I'm sure I have posted on this in another thread but can't find it???

Looking forward to Feb 27th at Sutton and March 6th at Herne Hill.
