OK, The local bankrupt city government says that if the Ravens beat the Colts, the city gains 750K more revenue from stadium rent. Of course, they assume Chargers will  win on Sunday. roll They just installed new 60' bolts on the administration building at who knows what cost. neutral

My son, who lives in Indy and who knows full well that I'm a Ravens man today, wanted me to wear the SB winners shirt he gave me a few years ago. roll

I told him, 'no way, I'd never be able to show my face in the Baltimore area if that got out'. big_smile

In the unlikely, but admittedly, possible event that the Ravens do not win tonight, I'll be supporting the Colts for the SB. wink

My abject apologies if any of our ladies find it sexist. My wife said it was cool and remarked that that was indeed a lineup to make San Diego proud. Those ladies sure hit like pros.

edit. Hey RockFarmer, told ya not to worry about Brees. What a blowout! Good ole "race ya to 50" football. We sure hated to lose him but I think the decision to keep Rivers was the right one. Tough choice with two QB's that good on the same roster.

Good thing the Vikings didn't just play that game in Dallas cuz they just pillaged  'dem Cowboys, but seeing the the look on Jerry Jones stretched out mug as his new stadium toy sat in ruins would have been priceless. GEAUX NAWLINS!!!!!

My Jets fan roomie had a very despondent first half, but perked up enormously in the second half after the Chargers decided they weren't going to do anything more in the game. big_smile

But I expect the Jets to suffer the same fate as the Ravens did when they go to Indy.

Rick, you can't hang blame on Nate Kaeding.  Philip Rivers threw a TERRIBLE interception deep in his own territory.  Penalties (STUPID ONES TOO) more than anything other than the Jets game plan being solid killed the Chargers.  And I hate to say it roll, but I told you so.  Now, the Ravens came unraveled yesterday and I thought they would be the surprise.  Deezer, geriatric Favre??? The guy is still playing on a winning team...Experience counts.
