Topic: gigliotti gt pics now here

hi all i'm new here so greetings. has anyone else in the uk got a gigliotti gt at all , i've got no 41 in tobacco burst like the one on the rock palast gig but with the new head stock topped with brass as per the body,i'll get some pics up soon if anyone's interested?

gigliotti gt no 41,,,  gibson ES 335,,, mark knopfler strat.,,1963 strat,, 2002 les paul standard honeyburst ,tokai les paul slash model,usa standard strat with jess lourieo pickups, jtm45 head ,vintage modern 2266 head, jcm 9004100 ,yjm100 head, 2x1960A cabs with various speakers ,too many pedals to list.

Use a service like photobucket or picasa. The services are free and then after you upload your pix, paste the link to your post. I use Picasa from Google because it comes with a decent editor as freeware. Rick

You can load the pic's to http://www.flickr.com/ then just cut and past the link here.

I think there's a Gigliotti in the Stoke-on-Trent area. I remembered reading a thread at the time especially as S-O-T is close to me and it was being bought as a present!!.

That looks really cool. Also with the Les Paul knobs.
How do you like its sound and playability? Does it have the fat (1,0") neck shape?
I have GT #73. It looks almost like yours and luckily got signed by Joe.

plays nice and sounds more powerful than a tele should really with the vintage spec pups ,and yes the neck is huge but adds the sustain no end and never moves from it's tuning ,awsome bit of kit ,what pups are in yours alex ?

I can 2nd your statement. Its more powerful than a regular Tele.
I have Fralin Blues in. Never regret the choice.

peter florance st60's in mine as per joe's original one [according to patrick gigliotti] the guitar he used on the signature sounds dvd were joe barden in the neck and nocaster in the bridge, again according to patrick.
