Me too, shame about the pants - damn seagulls - now that's a song I can't wait to hear in concert - the blue / green twin neck would be ideal for that!

@pattyluvsjoe

"the ballad of john henry" turned me into the greatness that is joe bonamassa and is now one of my all-time favorite albums. i have now gone back and listened to most of his back catalog. i was going to see him in ft. lauderdale but when that show got cancelled i bought tickets for orlando (a 4-hour round-trip drive that was totally worth it) and then a show was announced in miami (where i currently live and study architecture) and i couldn't have been happier with the turn of events. after the show i was thrilled that the thought of experiencing the same is not that far-fetched, since joe has a brilliant future and he can only put on greater shows. you see, most of the artists i'm really into are either gone or not touring very often anymore. (say pink floyd, of whom i'm a huge fan: too young to have seen any of their original shows, and now there can never be a pink floyd anymore. i've seen mr. roger waters a few times though and boy i can't wait to see him next year.) i had the great fortune of seeing mr. leonard cohen this year 3 times, which was a dream come true, but after each show one cannot help feeling instant nostalgia for an event that could very well be the last time possible to experience. (by the way, imagine my joy upon reading the news that there's gonna be a cover of 'bird on a wire' on the new album!) joe bonamassa, well i hope i can see him for 20 time more at the very least. my favorite guitarists, off the top of my head would be: jeff beck, david gilmour, john petrucci, mark knopfler, joe satriani, et al. (what do you think about joe as part of G3? i think that'd be very interesting.) i love photography too. and that's a very haphazard way of telling a little about myself.
