Do you live in Michigan then RIC???

Yeah Jo was Great!  I was sitting at the table DIRECTLY in front of the stage,,,,when she came down to play bones, i was literally inches from her!

She was nice enough to sign my cd before the show!  and what a show it was!  i woul love to see those vids!

Nope, I live in WNY but have been to Michigan quite frequently for work of late. I just connected with another Michigander this morning who shot some nice still photos of Jo that night. My crappy little camera doesn't do HQ video but these came out OK I think:

BTW that was me with the Telecaster that she signed between sets.

That's funny...it been stuck in my truck's CD player since last week too. We went on a short overnight trip this weekend and the wife finally said, "Haven't you had enough of her yet?" LOL

Re: Joannne Shaw Taylor

Funny, it's been my recent mainstay in the car too! big_smile

Ah, it does our old elder hearts good to see JST attracting new fans here! This is one of the truly wonderful things about this forum, as I told her when I was lucky enough to meet her at Leamington. And, she's such a sweet young thing too! tongue

Had the IPod piping Joanne into the rental car's sound system last night too!

George, I had a wee natter with Joanne before the gig last week; she remembers you and sister Cate well! smile

She back on the 16th Ian, flies in that morning and plays the Jazz Cafe London that evening. Tickets are selling out fast folks!!

Not so fast that I wasn't able to get one. I finally decided whether I could face travelling into London for the 3rd time in a week. The lineup was just too promising for me to stay away. See you there Martin.

Is there a roll-call? I see Maggie and Lydia are going - that's good.  Anyone else?

Re: Joannne Shaw Taylor

I'm there barring the bloody weather
