Woke up at my girlfriends house in Clayton, Ca. right at the foot of Mt. Diablo to about 3 inches of snow this morning. The Bay Area looked like the East Coast in the slightly higher elevations over night. Kinda helps get you more into the holiday spirit..........HO HO HO!!!!

Oh, my timing is perfect Dawg. My wife just told me it is raining and cold in San Diego. I flew out Sunday morning early and am presently sitting on a Mega Yacht in tropical Puerto Vallarta. Being a paid tourist on OPM (other people's money) while I fix the broken bits on this yacht. 
I bet the area there is a mess. Californians don't know how to drive in snow. In San Diego, they can't drive in the rain. Rick
The first time I ever set foot in California I stepped off the plane at the Ontario Airport and it was snowing. I was working in the San Gabriel valley that week and it never got above 55F. This was in March of 1998 I think. To make it worse, it was hitting 70 F back home in upstate NY that week!
3 to 6 inches in places doesn't sound like much, but when the annual total for the past 30 years is 0, it's a winter wonderland. I was workin' in a t-shirt 4 days ago!!!
