interesting.  Derek and Susan's "Soul Stew" revival band was enough of a supergroup as it was...I saw them in '07 and it was great.

it featured Derek Trucks, Susan Tedeschi, Todd Smalie, Kofi Burbridge, Yonrico Scott, Count M'Butu, Duane Trucks and Ron Holloway.

I know what you mean. We also were at the Soul Stew show in 07 and it ranks up there with one of my favorite live shows ever.

Might be interesting to see what Doyle Bramhall II might add to the mix though...
