Yes, yes, and yes!  Xotic and Lovepedal make some really nice stuff.  I played a Rebel 20 and was shocked how loud it was so I can definately see the need for pedals!  I would love to get my hands on the BB Booster + or AC+Booster.  I love my Fulldrive 2 so much but it appears that the Xotic pedals can so even more than the Fulldrive.  High gain galore if you need it!

Re: BB preamp + Lovepedal Eternity in clean amp

Thanks for the encouragment, i have only the bb pream At version right now and i can't use the overdrive from my little vox VT15 anymore, I use the BB all the way.

But still i cannot rich more gain for lead part that could need that extra distorsion.

If the lovepedal could do that i'm going to try to catch a second-hand on TGP right now smile

BTW i already get the DL4 because of your video Stratguy ahahahhaa

Thanks again,
Mica.

PS: by any chance would it be possible to get a video from you playing joe bonamassa kind of stuff with your rebel 20 with a boost pedal or lovepedal in it to check the result?

Re: BB preamp + Lovepedal Eternity in clean amp

Exotic pedals for the money is really cheap.  I was very surprised.  I've never heard of them until yestday off of this thread.  I liked the BB preamp but the Plus pedals sounded like they had more use on my pedal board.  The AC plus to point out for sure would be the one I would get.  I am a Stratoholic and the review that guy put on there with that pedal was very impressive.  Love Pedals sounded good too but I thought the looked cheaper and cost the same or more in a lot of cases.  From the sound clips they offered Love Pedals sound great for certain kinds of things like effects but for coloring tone with distortion I don't think they are where I would go.  Either a AC Plus or a BB plus will be in my guitar pathway soon I can feel it, I got the bug.

Sorry man I don't own a Rebel 20, I've only had a chance to play one at a Guitar Center.  They sounded pretty good but not worlds different than a typical Marshall or Fender that had built in overdrive.  I love my DL4 and it's my go-to echo device when I'm running a single amp rig.  I love to tape simulations and the other cool effects such as the swell or sweep echo.  The looper is also very good for practicing and sparking creativity.

If you are already using a pedal like the BB Preamp for color and medium overdrive I would check out a nice clean dB booster to just goose that tone.  There are some very good ones that don't cost a lot of money.  The thing is for me, I'd rather use a single overdrive pedal like a Fulldrive 2 or AC booster+ than running 2 seperate overdrives.  You have less hassle as far as power supplies, extra cables, pedalboard space, and tone sucking.  The less pedals you use, the better.  I would probably sell or trade the BB Preamp for a BB+, AC+, Fulldrive 2 or something in that vein.  I guess I've just been spoiled to death from the dual overdrive pedals lol. cool
