Topic: Superstitions - Friday 13th

Seeing as it's Friday 13th I wondered if any one would like to share any strange superstitions that they may believe, or habits they do as a result of superstition. smile

Well I ain't superstitious...

And that's a good thing. I was born at a Friday 13th, so I don't think there's much real in it roll

Oh and Friday's never bad, it's the last day before a weekend full of guitars, music, fun, friends and freedom.

Well, I might be a bit superstitious about some things but not Friday the 13th. However, I work in a marine related field and commercial fishermen will never set out on a voyage on a Friday. This appears to be ethnically related to Latin and Mediterranean countries in my experience. It is supposed to be the worst kind of bad luck. Rick

I like the thirteenth - had a kid on the thirteenth and got married on the thirteenth - not always a Friday, is it.  No triskaidekaphobia here!  And, if you are into numerology, 1+3 = 4 which is my very favorite number.

Me Too.  Born on Friday July 13.  It ain't been so bad for me yet.
