SUrprisingly Joe has never recorded a WIllie Dixon song. But for something a little different from Muddy or the Wolf, how about 21 Days in Jail by Magic Sam. I could hear Joe singing this one:

Personally, I love when covers are made of songs outside that genre like Joe's cover of Stop or Feelin Good.  Other's include Santana's version of She's Not There or Chris Cornell's Billie Jean.   I would love to see Joe take something like Alan Parson's Old and Wise and blues it up.
