Topic: Another British Champ!

Wanted to mention, Great Britain has another World Champion in Jenson Button. Jenson won his maiden World F1 Championship yesterday in Brazil.

I have heard, Jenson started out racing in Carts at the age of 8 years old, so it has taken him 21 years to reach the top, and well deserved!!
                                 * CONGRATULATIONS*

I should also mention his Team, "Brawn" for also winning the Construction Championship. Not forgetting, Jenson's team mate Rubens Barrichello, who pushed Jenson all the way!!
                               Again, WELL DONE Jenson Button!

                           World Match Play Champion

England's Ross Fisher 28, beat Anthony Kim of Spain in the final at the Fince Cortesin Course in Casares, Southern Spain.

As well as the title, he also pockets £676,000 prize money.

Ross also came 5th this years  US Open.

There is a very loose Joe Bonamassa connection here. The very first time I saw Joe live was at a place called the Cheese & Grain which is in Frome, which is where Jenson was born and grew up
