I am NOT the Wing! Quit screwing around talking about me and get on topic, oh wait HOW did you guys ever get me into Off Topics??? Oh, Sah-NAP! I wondered in here myself trying to get you yah-whose into wishing Joe's sister Lindsay and now brother-in-law Mike love & kisses on their Wedding!!! Back On Off Topic off topic, the Wing was born somehow by magic.  Jane thought the lyrics to Mountain Time were not "bright, golden wings" but instead "broccoli wings"-which is now considered a rare (seeings how it's never been seen or heard of) delicacy recipe.  Incidentally, and I TRULY ask all to check it out, I believe, with Faith, Joe actually sang the second pass of the line on Mountain Time on the Joe Bonamassa Live at Royal Albert Hall DVD as "broccoli wings" just for Jane HALL because she wasn't there in person at The Royal Albert Hall (her name on a slip of paper in my pocket though), and we all know she's a Queen! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SFKZNo-mmpg Can't you see what I mean? I am convinced and have some photographic evidence, that Rocket is an alien being sent here from deep space to study mankind. These advanced beings from the planet Rocktonia, are in search of a new leader. Their culture is centered around entertainment; specifically Blues/Rock music. They have searched the galaxy over sending out their envoys looking for this new leader of Blues/Rock. This is why Rocket is here as their civilization has heard of Joe Bonamassa.

And now you know why, Rocket travels many miles to take in Joe's shows. For originally he traveled many, many light years just to arrive on our planet.

George & Roy, I can attest to Rocket's omnipresence. I can accept the fact that he would be at the Joe gig in San Diego as that is where he claims is home (does he have a stargate or bluesgate, transporter, etc there? - maybe we can have Danny scope it out) but I go to Joe shows in Syracuse, London and Baltimore and he's THERE! And this is all within 6 months! Maybe he's a sort of Joe's guardian Bonangel or something.... Rocket, beam me up! tongue

Hmmmm Broccoli wings? I'll have to enquire at the Anchor Bar next time I'm in Buffalo. Suicide Broccoli wings - actually sounds kind of healthy. But the exhaust fumes afterwards may be deadly... lol

That's exactly what I'm talking about. When we were in London I asked Rocket how his flight was. He responded, "What flight?", and then tried to cover it up by saying, "Oh Roy, the flight was fine!" I almost caught him; I suspect he used some sort of web based transportation system. The word is, on the planet Rocktonia you can simply look up a destiation on line, stick your finger into a UFB (Universal Finger Bus) and be instantly transported to that distant place. I suspect that's how Rocket manages to be in so many places in such a short amount of time. You also might notice, that he never mentions working anywhere. I suspect he transports himself in and out of the U.S. Treasury and makes a bit of of a withdrawal anytime he needs some cash.

I say we must keep this Rocket fellow under tight surveillance. You just never know, he might try to steal Joe and take him back to his planet. hmm

Funny, I got mail from the Wing yesterday, pointing out that almost exactly a year ago I had also suggested that Rocket might be the Wing, something I had totally forgotten about. roll

Of course, the Wing denies being Rocket. wink

I had a long list of names on that but you were on the top, shared with Stu Craig, Melissa & Dean, Larry G, & Phil Cornell (who had a ? beside his as he might be there although I hadn't heard he would or would not).
