at Bluescafe DEWolfpin

Last night I saw the Dutch band Wolfpin live in my hometown Winterswijk at Bluescafe DE BUURVROUW from owner Hans Derksen. Nice venue.

What a great performance! It is a 3 mans band much like Rory Gallagher, Lynyrd Skynyrd, the old Joe band.
They play all kind of blues, rock styles, heavy, sweet, rocky, all very tight.

Marcel Scherpenzeel is their guitarplayer, he is on the road for many years and formed Wolfpin with Henk Schutten on bass and Maarten Witsel on drums about a year ago.

A few weeks ago they played at  Peerfestival in belgium where Joe performed as well.  Did  you see them Joe? Wolfpin got very good credits there!!

New album out is called - Remember-. Their recordcompany sends100 CD's to the USA for promotion and next year they are touring germany.

Check them out please, great live band and great people as well.

Sounds all a bit like Joe 5 years back.
